Datacom provides managed teleport services on an iDirect hub from an integrated teleport, engineering development and customer support center set on 21 acres in rural Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art automated broadcast sampling and quality control systems that ensure the highest level of performance and service.

Datacom Teleport
utilizes a full spectrum of satellite antennas including:
- 1 - 9.5 Meter Patriot
- 2 - 6.1 Meter Vertex
- 1 - 3.7 Meter Antenna
A 225’ microwave tower, redundant diverse routed copper and fiber OC-3’s facilitate connectivity to the site. Occasional satellite time is serviced by broadcast encoding systems for on-demand use. Other key features of the teleport are:
